I've been asked what happened to all that erotica I used to write. I pulled all of those stories last summer and fall and just kind of set them aside for a few weeks until I decided what I wanted to do with them. After I purchased my entire backlist from that publisher who shall not be named--because there is not enough Valium or Macallan in my house to get me through those memories right now--I also had a stack of erotic works that would need tweaking and rewriting and expanding and re-branding. So, eventually, I decided to spin all of these dirty, kinky, sexy books under the Lola Rivera name. It's a clear indicator that you're getting a red-hot read with lots of good (read: deliciously dirty) parts.
